Start with the Sun City location you mean
In original Sun City, Bell, Lakeview, Fairway, Oakmont and Sundial are separate recreation centers. Bell is on 99th Avenue, while Lakeview is on Thunderbird Boulevard. A center name is useful, but the car park or door still needs identifying.
For a parked vehicle, give the entrance you used, its position and a vehicle description. If you are waiting somewhere cooler, explain that meeting point separately. A landmark should help locate the work, not replace the work address.
Keep the rest of the name
Sun City West is a separate community. Its Beardsley and R.H. Johnson centers aren't Bell or Lakeview in Sun City. Use the complete community name with the street address when discussing an opening or a vehicle.
Sun City Grand is in Surprise. Sun City Festival is in Buckeye. Similar names don't establish that they are all one service location, and a website about Sun City shouldn't treat them as interchangeable destinations.
The Surprise and Buckeye guides keep those settings separate. Buckeye and Goodyear are farther from Sun City, so discuss the particular address, job and current availability before relying on a visit.
Postal names don't settle every boundary
Some addresses using a Sun City postal name sit outside the RCSC community. The street and property location matter more than an assumption based on the city line of a mailing address.
This is especially useful when a request involves shared access. A recreation card or building credential is controlled by its issuing organization. It is separate from a mechanical lock on your own front door. Contact the responsible organization for its access arrangements rather than assuming a house-key service covers the credential.
Finish with the actual opening
At a home, say whether it is the security door, main door or garage entry. At a business, distinguish the customer entrance from the staff door. Mention a gate or manager who needs to provide access before work can be arranged.
