One community, several useful reference points
Beardsley Recreation Center is on Beardsley Road in Sun City West. R.H. Johnson is a different reference. If your car is near a center, describe the actual parking place rather than treating either name as a complete destination.
A landmark helps explain where you are. It doesn't establish access through a gate, permission to change a facility lock or any connection between this website and a recreation association. For a home request, the property address is the better starting point.
A useful key plan includes the spare
When changing home access, think beyond the key you carry. There may be a spare kept elsewhere or a copy with someone you have authorized to visit. Decide which people should have working keys after the change.
Rekeying may allow sound compatible hardware to remain. A separate security door or garage-entry lock needs to be included in the door list if you want its old key cancelled too. Not every lock can share the same new key without other changes.
If another person will arrange the work while you are away, make their authority clear. A visiting relative, a tenant and a property manager can have different permissions. The proposed work should be agreed by the person responsible for that opening.
Codes and remotes need their own plan
For a home keypad, know who controls codes, power changes and the backup access method. The chosen model needs to suit the door and its exposure. A keypad won't solve a door that requires a push before the bolt will line up.
A garage remote is separate from a vehicle fob. If the garage door stops or moves unevenly, describe that behavior without trying to adjust springs or cables. If the car fob is the problem, have the year, make and model available instead.
Check the job for the actual address
Use 623-277-5571 for a Sun City West locksmith request through this site. Explain the address, task and any access arrangements so current availability can be checked. If someone else will be there, explain that arrangement as well.
An estimate should make clear what will change and what will stay: the key that works, a repaired mechanism, new hardware or a particular garage-door fault. Test the agreed result and keep the information supplied for the fitted parts.
