Service information
These pages help explain common lock, key and garage-door questions. They support a conversation about a particular job; they do not replace checking the actual property, vehicle or equipment.
Availability and authorization
A service request depends on the task, address, equipment, access arrangements and current availability. A local guide does not establish a branch office or promise a visit to every address in the named area.
The person requesting work must have the owner's permission or the relevant authority. A tenant, visitor or family member should not assume that knowing the address permits changes to every lock or shared entrance. Explain those arrangements before work is approved.
Agree the work and any changes
Understand the proposed task, parts, keys and functions before authorizing work. If inspection identifies a different condition or further work, ask for the change to be explained before agreement. Any specific warranty or other service term should be discussed for that job.
General page information is not an instruction to dismantle locks or adjust loaded garage-door parts. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first. For a website correction or service question, call 623-277-5571.
